FU snatches.Tell us a little bit about yourself (family, job, sports, interests, etc.)I grew up in Eastern Iowa and have lived around the Midwest (Chicago, Milwaukee, KC) my whole life. I’ve been married for 12 years to my amazing wife Cody and have 3 awesome little daughters; Josie (9), Leighton (7), and Eva (3). For work I am a regional sales manager for GE Healthcare. I’m a huge Iowa Hawkeye and Chicago Bears/Cubs/Bulls fan. What was your workout routine before CrossFit?I was doing Beach Body workouts like Insanity and P90x in my basement.
