4. Description: Teams of 2, MM and FF, will be competing in 4-5 fitness events to determine who has the most Summer Gainz!

2. 10 People Competed for their 1st Time!
3. Our youngest competitor was 16, and our oldest was 52, proving that fitness knows no age limits.
4. Every competitor at Summer Gainz demonstrated significant personal growth. Whether it was lifting heavier, running faster, or simply pushing past mental barriers, each athlete's journey reflected immense personal development.
