🗓️ Upcoming Events

Onward PT Injury Screen
📅 Tuesday, 1/20 | 4:30–6:30 PM
This is a great chance to sit down one-on-one with the Grace Parker, DPT from the Onward team to assess movement, nagging aches, or past injuries. Whether you’re feeling great and want a check-in, or dealing with something that’s been lingering, this screen can help you train smarter and stay healthy long-term.

FIT MJ Pop-Up Day
📅 Monday, 1/26 | 8:30–10:30 AM
Joe Burbee, from FIT Muscle and Joint will be in the gym sharing more about their services and how they support overall health and recovery. Stop by before or after class, ask questions, and learn how they might fit into your wellness routine.

Sweat + Social Event
📅 Saturday, 2/21
This is a low-pressure, high-energy event designed for everyone. We’ll kick things off with a fun, all-levels Sweat Bootcamp workout, then hang out afterward with music, local vendors, giveaways, and time to connect. This is an awesome event to invite friends or family who are curious about the gym but may feel intimidated by a traditional class.

CrossFit Open
📅 Begins Thursday 2/26
The Open is about more than competition—it’s about community. We’ll be running in-house Open events each week so everyone can participate, whether you’re officially signed up or just want to throw down, judge, or cheer. Expect Friday Night Lights vibes, scaled options, and a lot of fun.

Gymnastics Seminar
📅 Saturday, 3/7
This seminar will focus on improving body control, efficiency, and confidence in gymnastics movements. Whether you’re looking to clean up fundamentals or push toward more advanced skills, this session will help you move better and more confidently in workouts.

Onward Running Seminar
📅 Friday, 3/21
Running shows up everywhere—from conditioning pieces to longer workouts—and this seminar is all about doing it well. Learn proper mechanics, pacing strategies, and injury prevention tips so you can run more efficiently and pain-free.

🔥 Sweat + Social — More Details

Sweat + Social is a 90-minute event built around connection, not comparison. Expect:

  • 30–40 minutes of an inclusive, coached Sweat Bootcamp workout
  • 45–60 minutes of social time afterward
  • Local vendors, samples, giveaways, and good conversation

This event reflects our Life Without Limitations mindset—welcoming all fitness levels, lowering barriers, and building real community inside and outside the gym.
