What's on tap at KSAC!

What is up KSAC Community!

As we roll through the heart of winter, we’ve got a lot of exciting things happening at the gym—ways to stay active outside of class, events to connect with the community, and some big milestones on the calendar. Let’s dive in!

January Committed Club

January saw a record high of Committed Club members...Yes we did change the number of check-ins to 12...but we still saw 75 members reach the goal!! Congrats to everyone below. You will be getting a little present early next week! For the 45 members that attended 16 or more times, be checking your email for another slightly lager present!!

Monthly Step Challenge Update

Our Monthly Step Challenge is all about promoting low-intensity movement outside of workout time—something that becomes extra challenging during the winter months.

A great goal to shoot for is 8,000–10,000 steps per day, but remember:
consistency throughout the day matters more than one big push. Short walks, movement breaks, and staying generally active all add up and support recovery, energy levels, and overall health.
